it’s been a long time coming!!! I’m back for the end of the year, a soundbath in Beaton Hall in Methlick to see you through the rest of the year.

Please bring anything to build your nest, whether you want to lie down on the floor or sit. I’d suggest a mat of some sort, blanket, warm socks, a pillow for your head and an eye mask.

I will have some spare blankets with me, and some eye pillows to borrow, and even some to sell - if you want your own one.

unfortunately epilepsy and pacemakers are both contraindicated in group settings.
