Winter Solstice

Together with Rebecca Murray & Kelly Signorini - a celebration of the day where the darkness is longer than the light. The day that the balance tips towards the light once more. Our aim is to provide a deeply relaxing day, in amongst the crazy, to fully nourish and support you at this time of year.

We have a full day at the beautiful setting of the Wild Hus Tipi and Sauna. We are connecting into our inner lights and diving deeep into the darkness. The day will include a blissful yoga practice to connect in with our inner lights.

Lunch and snacks are provided through the day, we cater for Gluten Free and Dairy Free diets, please let us know if there is anything dietary we need to know about.

we will also have a powerful gong journey.

Rebecca and Kelly will have various rituals sprinkled through the day, to support the time of year and spread the magic.

We have use of the sauna and also the fire pit onsite

Please make sure you snuggle up, its winter and expect it to be cold - wrap up warm, bring the big jackets and wooly socks, blankies and pillows. Please remember your dookers/towel for the sauna!!!

Kelly and Rebecca are both Saggies, our superpower is learning and between us we have years of learning and experience of different modalities and our aim is to share some of this with you, to provide a unique experience.
